A Guide to Caring for a Fussy Little Beauty

Jiang Mianxing, a rebellious high school senior, has a huge fight with his dad and storms out. He gets soaked in the rain like a stray puppy nobody wants, and is taken in by Fu Linzhou, his dad's longtime friend.

Fu Linzhou is an exception in the murky world of the wealthy. He lives a disciplined, upright life and has excellent character.

Jiang Mianxing refuses to go home and spends all day hanging around him, watching him run serious meetings at the office and cook serious meals at home. Before long, he starts getting ideas.

One night, under cover of darkness, he slips into Fu Linzhou's bed and clings to him, asking shamelessly, "Zhouzhou, you seem to be missing a boyfriend. How about me?"

Fu Linzhou pulls the rowdy kid out of bed and brings out a stack of study guides he bought that afternoon. "If you want to be my boyfriend, you need to get into Qinghua at the very least."

Jiang Mianxing flirts with him haphazardly for months, but still can't win him over. He loses patience and moves out without looking back.

Fu Linzhou is left worked up, only for the culprit to turn around and run off without a shred of regret.

All he can do is let out a cold laugh.

The spoiled young master has been indulged rotten. He treats everything like a game, and has no real feelings for anyone.

When they meet again, more than half a year has passed.

At the entrance to a bar hazy with night, Jiang Mianxing is drunk, arms around his tall, handsome roommate, while a group of youthful friends egg them on to get together.

Fu Linzhou's jealousy burns out of control. He forcibly takes Jiang Mianxing home, pinning him down as he asks, repressed and resentful, "Does that boyfriend thing still stand?"

The beautiful young man is so drunk his eyes are red. The moment he recognizes Fu Linzhou, he breaks into a silly grin. "Uncle, you're old enough to be my dad. Isn't it a bit inappropriate for you to be my boyfriend?"
