Yu Yu has barely started graduate school when he moves out of his dorm because his roommate is gay. He immediately gets tangled up with his new neighbor, Song Wan.

Song Wan also has a whole bunch of ex-boyfriends he hasn't completely cut ties with.

When Song Wan asks him for the third time to come fix a pipe, and the fifth time says his water heater is broken and asks to use his bathroom, Yu Yu frowns and bluntly says, "I don't like men. Please behave yourself."

Song Wan blinks, his cheeks plump. "That's fine. I like you, and that's all that matters."

Yu Yu: Are all gay men this unreasonable? I hate them even more now.

Yu Yu originally plans to move out as soon as his lease expires.

But Song Wan keeps walking around in front of him in incredibly short shorts, sometimes teasing him with his wet hair. His skin is pale, his waist slender.

Before long, Yu Yu actually...

The two naturally end up together.

One day, Yu Yu suddenly asks Song Wan why he broke up with his ex.

Song Wan says casually, "He was too controlling."

Yu Yu secretly breathes a sigh of relief. He thinks he'll never become the kind of man who's too controlling with his partner.

But when he sees Song Wan smile at another man, chat with another man, or even stand too close to another man, he can't control his anger and jealousy at all.

He starts checking Song Wan's phone from time to time, glaring at anyone Song Wan chats with like a beast, and deliberately positioning himself between Song Wan and other men.

Yu Yu sees every man who appears around Song Wan as a rival. He grows suspicious and insecure, gradually becoming no different from the controlling exes Song Wan left behind.

They start fighting. More accurately, Yu Yu starts arguments with Song Wan on his own:

"Who was that guy? Why were you smiling at him like that?"

"Xiao Wan, you haven't replied to me in five minutes. Are you chatting with some other guy?"

"Xiao Wan, can you stop livestreaming? So many people are watching you, and I don't like it."

Then Song Wan can't take it anymore. He breaks up with Yu Yu on his own and moves away.

Yu Yu searches for a long time before finally finding Song Wan again.

His possessiveness hasn't diminished at all, but luckily, this time he doesn't plan on having a proper relationship with Song Wan.

Note: There are no scenes where the top is liked or pursued by other people. He moved out of the dorm in college simply because he was uncomfortable with gay people and didn't want to see gay couples showing off their affection.
