A Handsome Socially Anxious Man and His Firefighter Husband

[Please give it five stars if you read the whole thing! I'm begging you!] ***A cozy, healing little sweet treat, 1v1 mutual pining with a very obvious arrow*** Qin Shuangxing has social anxiety. What he fears most in life is going to the market, and what he fears even more is ordering food at one of the market's snack shops. What he fears most of all is asking the owner through the kitchen window of a noisy, crowded shop not to add cilantro or scallions. Qin Shuangxing shouted until his face turned red, using every bit of strength he had. But his voice was so soft that no matter how loudly he yelled, he couldn't outshout all the pushy old men and women cutting in line and talking over him. Just as Qin Shuangxing watched helplessly in despair as the owner grabbed a handful of cilantro, a broad-shouldered man squeezed over and slapped his palm down on the counter. Frowning, he stood up for Qin Shuangxing. "He told you he didn't want cilantro or scallions. Why are you still adding them? And you let all these people cut in line without doing anything. You can't just bully him like that, boss!" Qin Shuangxing is quiet, shy around strangers, and naturally soft-spoken. He's like a shy little clam, keeping his shell tightly shut. Poke him once and he'll tremble, leaking water. Rong Feng couldn't stand watching him struggle. After teaching himself from dozens of psychology books, he tried setting three rules for them to follow, guiding Qin Shuangxing step by step out of his social anxiety. 1: Look the other person in the eye when you speak. 2: Appropriate physical contact, like a handshake or a pat on the shoulder, is a friendly gesture. Don't jump away like a cat with its fur standing on end. 3: Don't be afraid the other person will dislike you. Honestly expressing what you think will bring you closer. The good news was that Qin Shuangxing listened to him. His social anxiety gradually improved, and he was becoming more and more confident and brave. The bad news was that Qin Shuangxing's sparkling puppy eyes were always fixed on him. On his sweat-dampened body after a workout. Finally, one day, Qin Shuangxing was no longer socially anxious and asked him frankly: "Can I feel your pecs?" Rong Feng: "...!" A firefighter gong with huge pecs x a frail entomologist shou. A major size difference. The shou is the kind the gong can easily pick up and carry around. At first, the shou is so socially anxious that even saying a word makes him blush. Later, he honestly and directly expresses what he wants, and ends up making his husband blush instead. (The inspiration for this story came from an internet meme: When you're extremely socially anxious but have a very assertive friend.) My next novel is now underway: "Does the Silly Gong Know He's Lost His Secret Identity Yet?" Lin Zhao x Shen Linfeng. A silly, sweet little treat. The whole novel is already written, so dive right in. Lin Zhao is the darling of everyone around him, flawless since childhood, with excellent grades and a guaranteed spot at Tsinghua University. His future is bright. Until a car accident takes away the use of his legs. After his legs are paralyzed, a young caregiver comes to his home. The caregiver is strange. He wears a mask and has the body of a male model. He lets Lin Zhao touch his abs, but the mask seems welded to his face. He refuses to show it no matter what. The strangest thing is that sometimes the caregiver looks at him with a strange expression. The pressure is intense, as if he's about to pin Lin Zhao to the ground and beat him up at any moment. Lin Zhao decides to figure out what's going on. Shen Linfeng had a crush on Lin Zhao for three years in high school. Three years after graduation, he heard about Lin Zhao's accident. Heartbroken, Shen Linfeng flew back from America overnight, put on a mask, concealed his identity, and became Lin Zhao's caregiver. And so... Lin Zhao: (his hand trembles slightly as he picks up his glass) Shen Linfeng: He's so weak! His face is pale and his fingertips are trembling. He's so fragile he could break any second! I have to take good care of him! Lin Zhao, fresh from doing ten sets of dumbbell exercises: ? Lin Zhao: Carry me downstairs for a walk every day. I weigh over a hundred pounds with the wheelchair. If you don't want to, quit. Shen Linfeng: C-carry you downstairs?! (blushing) Why are you rewarding me! Lin Zhao, trying to drive him off with hard labor: ? Lin Zhao battles wits with his mysterious caregiver. By the third day, he'd stripped away the man's secret identity. By the seventh day, he'd realized the man liked him. So here's the question. Looking at this guy, whose mask is harder to take off than his pants, Lin Zhao can't help wondering: Can he really keep his mask on while kissing his high school deskmate, rival, and adversary of three whole years...? Theme: When you show kindness to others, you'll receive kindness in return
