[Blurb]

After saving humanity at tremendous cost alongside his companions, Fujimaru thought it was all over. But when he opened his eyes again, he found himself back in the Chaldea he knew so well.

The white-haired girl standing in front of him folded her arms and frowned in displeasure. “You actually fell asleep during the briefing. It seems we'll have to reevaluate your qualifications as a Master...”

Fujimaru, once humanity's last Master, hadn't caught up yet. “What?”

“I mean, you've been removed from the first mission.”

Kicked out of the Central Command Room, Fujimaru stopped in the corridor. Beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows beside him, a blizzard raged. Memories gradually surfaced in his mind, vivid and unmistakably real.

Fujimaru raised a hand to stroke the squirrel-like creature that had jumped onto his shoulder. Its soft touch felt just as it had before. With a smile and determination in his eyes, he whispered to the little animal, “Fou, will you do me a favor?”

The creature licked him twice and answered as if in agreement. “Fou-woof!”

The main story also goes by the titles “Humanity's Savior on His Second Playthrough as a Candidate in Team A,” “Oh No, Master Has Been Captured by the Enemy Again,” and “Captain, Fraternization Is Forbidden in This Unit!”

The bonus chapters also go by the titles “The Days the Grand Master Studied at the Clock Tower,” “We're Doomed, One of Our Students Seems to Be a Freak,” and “Have You Heard? A Lord Is Throwing Himself at Someone!”

[Before You Read]

1. Top!Guda fic. The main story pairs Fujimaru with Kirschtaria. Kadoc is his buddy, with just a thin pane of glass between them. There are alternate-universe bonus chapters. The human and Servant relationship routes are in separate lanes. The Servants also have romantic interest in the protagonist and ML, but those relationships don't interfere with each other.

2. Team A's Masters appear, but Guda is the protagonist, and the main plot follows Guda saving humanity. He won't fall in love until humanity is safe.

Team A fans, please proceed with caution. This story contains invented details and my own headcanons, based on old source material. The character roles were decided long ago, so I can't guarantee it'll be what you want to read. Don't complain if you try it and don't like it, I told you to proceed with caution! You can't please everyone, and niche FGO fic is even more niche. I'm just writing what I want to read, and I'm very sensitive. I've only kept writing this far because of all the lovely readers' praise, so I'm fragile!!

3. There will be some OOC characterization. The goal is a happy ending for everyone, with all the deaths and angst undone. The entire story has a lighthearted, snarky tone.

4. The plot has been heavily altered. Expect enemy Heroic Spirits to go easy on the heroes and switch sides. Saving humanity is much easier this time (the Grand Master has charmed them).

5. Spoilers!!! The main story isn't finished yet, so there are lots of headcanons. If anything differs from canon, my headcanons take precedence. I'll explain the setting and terminology in the author's notes. Feel free to comment if anything is unclear.

6. You don't need to tell me if you're dropping the story. Please only read if you can accept the warnings. Hope you enjoy!
