2. The heroine is, at heart, a cold, loveless Dark Lord. She has an emotional disorder and refuses treatment. She treats the whole world equally in the ICU, regardless of gender. A few people she really can't put in the ICU will be mauled to death by dogs, literally. Male lead fans, don't read this; you'll get mad.
