[Western Crossover] Since Villains in My City Are as Strong as I Am, I'm Forced to Become a C-Tier Superhero

In 20xx, my city ranked first as America's city with the lowest crime rate for the third year in a row. I was in a terrible mood during the interview (because those jerk media outlets come around every year to do this), but I had to maintain my superhero image on camera, even though I'm a bottom-tier hero who can only pick up trash (a sanitation worker).

[What the heck is a Saiyan doing picking up trash as a sanitation worker?!]

[Everyone treats my city like a vacation resort. When can I yell "Get out of my Green River City!" like Batman?]

[There's another lousy colleague in town stealing my work. If the citizens start thinking he's the city's representative hero, the System will transfer to him, and all the villains will get stronger. And as for me then... well, being called a sanitation worker will be the least of my problems... I'll die...]

The female protagonist is a native of the P52 era, and her family runs a toy store (mainly selling superhero merchandise). After being brought back to life, she binds herself to a superhero System and takes on superhero missions to earn time to stay alive. But as she works, she realizes something is wrong with this world. Where's the Justice League that's been around for years? Why have they all only just started out? And there's an outsider who calls himself a construction worker (Spider-Man) trying to steal her city-hero title. To protect her city, Alibaba has to send the construction worker back to his Marvel Universe. Oh, and that red-haired amnesiac boy is from Marvel too, right? Send him back as well.

Amnesiac Wally (Kid Flash), sent to Marvel: I don't think I'm from there...

JARVIS, stranded in DC and wanting to go home: ...

DC and Marvel have not merged. Green River City is a point where the timelines of Marvel and DC overlap.

Theme: The protagonist's bottom-tier Shadow Troop minions join her in sweeping the streets
