[One Piece] The Sea Witch Gave the Mermaid Her Legs but Forgot to Remind Her to Put on Pants

A few months after Captain Roger was executed, fifteen-year-old Shanks lay on a beach on Sabaody, gazing up at the sky and thinking about setting sail.

Suddenly, he heard a sound from the sea behind him. He turned around and saw a mermaid!

The mermaid in the sea (?) was delighted to see Shanks and greeted him. She climbed ashore, and then... Shanks' face instantly turned scarlet... Captain Roger in heaven, I've run into a pervert!!!
