[Football] Well Done, Balo!

.The soccer story next door: What Are the Players Doing? And the soccer + F1 story, I Woke Up and My Dad Gave Me Eight Billion (this one also has 2000 Serie A, although it's Juventus, hmm). Also, an upcoming story planned for April: My Football Manager Save Came True ["What about you, Amos? What do you want to be when you grow up?" "A gardener, like Mom," Amos muttered.] Amos Merlo, a member of the Golden Generation of 1976 and the team's playmaking core, could always find a gap among a thousand troops and deliver that killer pass. A line from La Gazzetta dello Sport may be the most precise summary of Amos's career: Amos, the easygoing man his teammates affectionately call Baloo, showed the world what it means to be the greatest modern attacking midfielder: the true heart of the team, irreplaceable in Italy. ----I wrote some jokes to attract readers!---- Are you worried your favorite club has no money?! Are you fretting over injured players?! Are you suffering because the history is so old that you can't find any material?!!! Join the Baloo Cult: First, we're broke; Second, Baloo is badly injured; Third, we have no material! Join us and share in this bittersweet misery! Bear-gate!!! "Why is Friday the worst day to tell Totti a joke?" "Because he'll be rolling on the floor laughing during Sunday's match." "Why do Amos and Nesta always smile when there's thunder and lightning?" "Because they think someone is taking their picture." "Why does Amos always sit in the back row when he goes to see a comedy movie?" "Because Ancelotti told him, 'He who laughs last, laughs best.'" "Why can you recognize Totti right away in a shoe store?" "Because he's the only one who tries on the shoeboxes." "Who are these people you're talking about?" "Serie A players." Before You Read: 1. The male lead's career runs from Lazio to AC Milan, with the timeline extending to around 2007. He's of Italian-German descent, and his national team is Italy. 2. There is a romantic pairing, and the female lead has already been decided. 3. The protagonist's nickname is Baloo, after the bear from The Jungle Book. 4. I'll do my best to research, but given how long ago this was, there may be mistakes in the squad lineups and tactics. If you can provide detailed information, the author would be very grateful. In other words, there will be a lot of made-up stuff. 5. The actual story is quite serious. Theme: Strive and work hard
