It was probably a sudden thought that came to me after rewatching "Wuthering Heights".
The heroine is courting Courtois, that kind of dank feeling. She loves him and he loves her. They are jealous of each other and the other people around them, but they just can't say it out loud. It is a heartbreaking love and hate. She hates that his (her) eyes are not completely focused on her, but loves her (him) sitting next to her. They are entangled, entangled, entangled, entangled.
Selfishness, jealousy, using hurt to represent love
What they hate is not the control of the other party, but that the other party actually uses the most familiar and despicable means to control them, because they are two sides of the mirror.
By hurting each other, we confirm that each other is still alive and that we still love each other.
"Now, the whole world knows where you belong. And you, every day, have to watch me, the person who ruined your dreams, eat at the same table and sleep with me."
Love is not proven by sweetness and devotion, but by the depth of pain they inflict on each other
They cannot express their love normally in the sun, and can only confirm each other's existence through harm in the dark entanglement.
Then add some physical likes.
Feeling pain for you proves that you have a unique place in my heart; that I can make you feel pain proves that I am equally important in your heart.
The more severe the pain, the stronger the sense of love's presence
We are all suffering the same thing and we are one.
Both of them are disabled people. Normal love will make them panic because they cannot understand it; but this emotion with hatred and pain makes them feel real and reliable.
Hate is the crutch that supports them
Their identity is based on "being the source of each other's pain and the only antidote"
They are afraid of losing each other, not because of love, but because if they lose each other, they will not be able to define "who I am"
Open communication is taboo in this relationship, and once the truth is told, it's over.
Love is alienated in a twisted environment with an extreme lack of security, deafening jealousy, mutually hurt attachment, and endless entanglement
Ps Since I haven't decided what story I want to write yet, I just came up with the original intention of writing it. It probably won't be a story with a special plot, and it will mainly focus on entangled two people.
I will probably write a short story that is not long. I have only written a little bit now. I will save more advance receipts and save manuscripts. I will finish other novels first.
Intention: We should love each other, and hurting is not love
