Also known as How to Build a Black Organization That Strikes Fear into Everyone's Heart

Watanabe Xing was an utterly ordinary police academy student. On graduation day, he hit the jackpot and got a secret identity System.

The System had a surprise for him: he was being sent to another world to build a black organization that would strike fear into everyone's heart. Once he succeeded, it would grant him one wish.

Watanabe Xing: Wait, I won a prize? This is obviously overtime!

Before he could object, the System took him straight to the new world.

Looking at the superpowered people flying through the sky, running around on the ground, and floating along the river, Watanabe Xinghe said:

How is an organization made up entirely of ordinary people supposed to strike fear into anyone's heart?!

System: Don't worry! We have cheat plugins!

Anyway, the plugins the System provided were pretty useful. After going through countless hardships, Watanabe Xing finally made the black organization famous throughout the other world. Then he turned around and realized:

Huh? How did I become the BOSS?

· OOC warning

· The Black Organization gets the full sinister distillery treatment

· Not your typical "striking fear into everyone's heart"

· No secret identities exposed!

· No romance, friendship between everyone
