My Mother Married Three Times

Blurb

Xun Suxi, wife of the Xun family, heard a story.

In the story, beautiful but foolish women were the easiest to use up and discard, until not even their bones were left.

She went home and looked at her own clueless daughter. She was so worried she couldn’t sleep all night.

After worrying through the night, she figured it out.

It’s better to work on yourself than to push your child.

Xun Chu has a stunningly beautiful mother. Everyone in the surrounding villages knows of her beauty.

She doesn’t know who her father is. All Xun Chu knows is that every time her mother remarries, they move into a bigger, more spacious home, and she gets more jewelry and clothes than she can count.

Until the day her mother brings her to live in a grand, magnificent palace.

Xun Chu: “Wow...”

There probably isn’t a bigger house anywhere in the world, huh? 0v0

Since childhood, the Crown Prince has admired his diligent, self-disciplined father. He followed his example, restrained himself, observed propriety, and avoided women, determined to become a wise ruler.

Then one day, his father became bewitched by a woman who had remarried several times and changed completely. He neglected state affairs, demoted outspoken officials, and even personally helped the woman put on her shoes.

What a disgrace!

With a grim face, the Crown Prince entered the carefully appointed palace. He was determined to see what sort of enchantress had bewitched his father...

The gauze curtain fluttered aside, revealing a pretty little face. She blinked her grape-like eyes at him and tilted her head.

“Who are you?”

He never imagined that one day he, too, would follow a young lady around, imitating his father’s way of coaxing someone, and plead in a meek voice, “A Chu, please pay attention to me.”

Helping her with her shoes was nothing.

He’d be her dog if she asked.

#Of course he’d be bewitched by the enchantress’s daughter.

#A beauty trains her dog

#A little airhead x a little stiff-neck
