After Inheriting Grandpa's Fox

As a miserable wage slave working for a heartless company, my motto in life is: if I can lie down, I absolutely will not sit up.

At last, I got a full day off and successfully merged with my mattress.

Then someone started pounding on the door.

A ridiculously handsome man stood outside, holding up a yellowed scroll and looking furious.

"Open up! It's time for you to pay the debt your grandpa owes your grandpa!"

Me: "Huh?"

He claimed to be a fox immortal, and said my grandfather had promised to support him for generations.

I looked at his flawless, unreal face, the fluffy ears on his head, and the lazy tail swaying behind him.

The gears of my wage-slave mind began turning: all I have to do is feed and house him, and I get to legally keep a peerless beauty?

...Can something this good really happen?

Theme: True wealth lies in having the courage to take responsibility and create beauty.
