Ascension on Hold: I'm Going to Rescue Someone [Infinite]

1.

The orphan Ling Zhi grew up alone and miserable, and on her eighteenth birthday, she was accidentally pulled into an infinite game.

When she entered the game, everyone around her was fully armed and looked like they could handle themselves. Ling Zhi, by contrast, looked utterly innocent, like a pure little rabbit who would startle at the slightest thing.

After she was injured, blood got on the protective jade pendant she had worn since childhood. By accident, it summoned an ancient female cultivator, making her a notorious bug in the infinite world.

In another time and place, Situ Xu had cultivated to the Great Ascension stage. The gates of heaven had opened, and thunder rolled as she was about to attain the Great Dao and ascend to the Celestial Realm.

Halfway through her ascension, she was dragged into an infinite-flow world. The Heavenly Dao told her she still owed someone a great karmic debt, and that she could not continue ascending until she repaid it, though she had no idea when she had incurred it.

Situ Xu lowered her gaze to the lop-eared rabbit clutching her sleeve.

Outside the door, countless ghosts wailed. Her teammates laughed, ready to trade her life for a slim chance of survival.

Ling Zhi looked up, cried a single pearl-like tear, and timidly asked, "Immortal sister, did you come to save me?"

Situ Xu: I got lost on my way to ascension, believe me? :)

Ling Zhi: qwq?

And so she became the bug in Ling Zhi's hands.

Her long sword trembled, and from then on, a thousand ghosts kept their distance and evil spirits fled.

2. This isn't a serious infinite-flow story. It's mainly silly and lighthearted. The blurb still needs work.
