The Fushiguro Family's Everyday Indulgence

The first time we met, he called me Hedgehog Head. Since he was about to die, I let it slide. The second time, he saw right through my broke-girl nature. I was in the wrong, so I swallowed my annoyance. The third time, he mocked my dog for looking like a little gas canister. I couldn’t put up with that at all. “So that’s why you got married?” The little boy, with his porcelain-doll face, looked thoroughly disapproving. I felt guilty. I may have skipped over a few details, but I couldn’t exactly tell a child that I married his dad because I wanted to get in his pants, could I? “W-Well, Dad really has gotten a lot nicer... right?” “Jin’er, why did Mom marry you?” “Because your mom likes picking up trash.” The man, fed up with being pestered, realized his wife wasn’t there and turned around. “You were picked up out of a trash can, too.” Megumi: !! Megumi, with tears in his eyes: “Waaah, Mom!” “Jin’er, you’re picking on Megumi again!” * Main story is in third person. * AU and OOC warning. * Everyday-life focus, short story. * The parents’ romance, with the female lead as Megumi’s mom. ˉ Theme: Everyone is a sparkling pearl.
