Has Li Mei Backstabbed the King of Curses Today?

[My new story, Has Geto Managed to Win Over a Cursed Spirit Today?, is now live! Please add it to your reading list!] I'm Li Mei. In my previous life, I was a newly hired chef. After being born into this world as a baby, I found that my name sounded the same, though it was written as "Rimei." But looking at all the colorful hair around me, and drawing on my extremely limited experience watching shows, I figured I had probably ended up in the world of Cooking Master Boy, as an ordinary NPC. Just as I was thinking I'd work hard from a young age and strive to become a top-class chef, I found a four-armed boy lying in the road. He was obviously a lost child from the Dark Cuisine Realm. It was snowing heavily. I was a servant, on my way back to the manor after buying chickens and ducks. I knew what someone looked like when they were starving to death, but the chickens and ducks I was carrying weren't mine. I had no right to give them to anyone else. But my body belonged to me. So I took out a small knife and cut my palm... My blood fell into his mouth. He opened his eyes. His eyes were as crimson as my blood. Then he reached out and grabbed my wrist. "Mine," he said. Once I saw he was all right, I pried his fingers off one by one, tore off a strip of cloth, and bandaged my hand. "There's something wrong with the way you think. I belong to myself, always." He gave a scornful laugh. That was only one of the many things we disagreed about. Reader's guide: 1. The protagonist is Li Mei, who transmigrates as Rimei. Don't worry about gender; there's no romance, so this is a no-pairing story. 2. A friendship full of daily bickering with the Big Guy. 3. Permanent teammate: the King of Curses, though our values are at odds. This story could also be called The Wrong Friendships: An Unfortunate Beginning or Friends for Life, So You're Coming With Me to the Underworld. Please add my new story, Damn It! Geto's Brain Is About to Give Out!, to your reading list! I am a body with a mind of my own. One day, the brain called Kenjaku suddenly disappeared from inside me, never to be found again. No body can bear the indignity of being brainless. Grief-stricken after losing my brain, I climbed into a coffin to wait for death. But when I woke up, I found I was still alive. After digging through the dirt and crawling to the surface, I saw a brain lying beside me, carelessly discarded. It looked battered and half-dead. We were both in the same miserable boat. This had to be fate. I happily lifted my skull and carefully put it inside. Once the brain was connected, I sincerely asked it through the body's electromagnetic waves... "Nice to meet you. I want to be your body. Would you be willing to be my brain?" That was how I first met Geto. And when it agreed to my request, the moment I got a brain, I felt enlightened. My whole body seemed to have stepped into a new realm. I wanted to tell the whole world I'd been reborn! Then I'll start with the neighbor closest to me! Geto's Brain: ...Calm down, this is a cemetery! Stop digging up other people's graves! And put down that corpse you just picked up! Reader's guide (underlining this very hard): 1. The protagonist has been without a brain for a thousand years, so don't expect much from its thought process. It doesn't have one to begin with. Geto Suguru is the brain responsible for thinking normally. 2. Permanent teammate: the brain that fell from the sky, Priest Geto. There's no romance, and the protagonist has no pairing. The protagonist is an amazing body that can be male or female and change sex. 3. This story could also be called Geto Can Never Control His Body and Is Becoming More and More Withdrawn, Geto Decides to Stop Thinking, The Wrong Body: An Unfortunate Beginning, or The Right Brain: Half the Battle. 4. A bizarre, brainless comedy with a goofy tone. I'm trying to write something very new. Theme: Forge your own path
