[The story began three years ago, and my writing style has changed. Due to real-life circumstances and other reasons, I've posted a complete outline for the rest. I don't recommend starting this one.]

As a promising member of the Demon Slayer Corps who has the Flame Hashira's high hopes, Mitsuri's biggest worry is finding a lifelong partner.

The Hashira are all fearsome, heartless demon-slaying machines? Wrong!

Everyone is a wing that lets her fly (nodding in agreement).

Breathing styles are cold, emotionless sword techniques? Wrong!

Take this, Love Breathing! (Eyes sparkling)

One moment, she's happily cuddling with the two little girls at the gate; the next, she's stepping into Mount Fujikasane, ready to get down to business...

Which dishonorable jerk just ambushed her?!

When Mitsuri opened her eyes again, she found herself in a peaceful future with no Muzan and no Demon Slayer Corps.

The people here are all kind. No one laughs at her cherry-blossom-mochi-colored hair.

A boy with short, slightly wavy dark blue hair affectionately taps the top of her head, his eyes full of tenderness.

Sanada-senpai, usually stern and poker-faced, turns out to love the arcade, though he always seems to be in a huge hurry.

Kindhearted Yanagi-senpai tries to rescue her disastrous grades in her academic classes. For the first time, she realizes his eyes can open that wide.

She was only brought along to fill a spot as a stationary practice partner, yet she effortlessly beat a regular player.

She prepares to visit various schools to gather information, but somehow ends up eating them out of house and home every time.

At long last, she helps everyone win the championship, but then the trial that belongs to Mitsuri herself finally arrives.

At last, she passes the high school entrance exams. Looking at Shiratorizawa before her, Mitsuri lets out a long sigh.

She was so careless. How did she manage to put down the wrong school choice when she'd finally gotten such good grades?

Even so, the people here are still kind, and she unexpectedly becomes a manager again (?)

Ushijima-senpai, who habitually wears a stern expression and rarely speaks, turns out to be surprisingly easy to get along with. He even blushes.

Tendou-senpai, whose personality is hard to read, often takes her to buy delicious ice cream and encourages her to keep doing her best.

Although she still has no idea what she's supposed to be doing her best at...

Goshiki, who is serious but also a little naive and adorable, stammers as he hands her water after practice and tells her to get some rest.

She thought she could finally do her job as manager this time, but instead she becomes a practice partner again, and even seems to have the potential to surpass the regular players and compete in matches.

Mitsuri: Minna-san, is there anything I can do? (Full of enthusiasm) (Sparkling eyes) (Shyly cupping her cheeks)

> Lots of headcanons, OOC warning, OOC, OOC, OOC. Mitsuri breaks up canon pairings, breaks up canon pairings. This is essentially a crack ship story. Crack ships abound, and everything unreasonable in the story is there to move the plot along.
