Mistakenly Recorded, Yet True in Intent

Revised version

Eight years ago, during a shocking series of murders in New York, a novice lawyer insisted on pleading not guilty and ultimately won a resounding victory.

From that moment on, He Yixian became famous overnight. He upheld the standard of "quality over quantity," twisted the rules to his advantage, and called black white. He never lost a case for the rest of his career.

The world sighed: this unscrupulous lawyer was above the law, but undeniably beautiful.

Bai Xuanyi, deputy chief prosecutor, was just like his name: his prosecutorial career was spotless, and his character and integrity were lofty and refined. He was known as the killer of criminal defense attorneys and the devil of the prosecution. Anyone who threatened the fairness of the nation's justice system could neither deny their guilt nor hide from him. No one dared play cat and mouse with him.

Until Lawyer He spent one night with the wrong man, only to find his one-night stand sitting across from him in court the next morning.

A notorious celebrity lawyer meets a righteous and impartial chief prosecutor. When two archrivals face off, one of them must die.

A romance contract between a prosecutor and a lawyer, a white lion versus a black python in a challenge to resist falling in love. Equally matched, secretly in love with each other, and caught in an intense push and pull.
