[This author is terrible at blurbs QWQ (bows). Here is the story in a nutshell.]
[Sweet childhood friends, idol growing-up story, ages 9-21]
*Two little boys form a genuine friendship as children and work hard at dance training because they don't want to be separated. They grow close as teenagers, then hold onto their original dreams and work hard to pursue them as adults. A growing-up story about two soft, little beans becoming shining superstars on the stage.
[The blood, sweat, and tears of making it in the boy-band entertainment industry, fighting their way into a debut group, and rising from obscure nobodies to a top-tier star boy band]
(And now, the blurb this stubborn author managed to squeeze out:)
At nine years old, Xie Luoqiu had a face as pretty as a porcelain doll.
So his rotten uncle packed him off to an idol trainee audition.
His uncle imagined Xie Luoqiu would be his cash cow:
*Once Xie Luoqiu was gone, he could naturally pocket the house and inheritance left by his brother and sister-in-law.
*As Xie Luoqiu's legal guardian, he could take all of the boy's trainee wages, exploiting a nine-year-old to earn money for his own son.
*The entertainment industry was terrifyingly corrupt. Once Xie Luoqiu grew up, if he lacked talent, failed to become popular, and had no one to rely on, his uncle could sell the pretty boy to one or more rich businessmen and make another fortune.
But later:
*Xie Luoqiu reclaimed his inheritance, then took double revenge on his wicked uncle's family. They could only watch, green with envy and rage, powerless to do anything.
*Xie Luoqiu shot to fame, backed by a top-tier star boy band. Thanks to his own talent, he was a tycoon in his own right. Rumor had it that the heir to the illustrious Dan family begged to marry him, promising to hand over his entire multibillion-dollar fortune.
*Xie Luoqiu was no longer helpless. He had millions of fans who loved and supported him, and he was no longer alone.

Before meeting Dan Ke at age nine, Xie Luoqiu was utterly alone and had no one to rely on. Afterward, he was never alone again.
The two grew up together, weathering more than a decade in the muddy waters of the entertainment industry.
Who would have guessed that this was the only childhood-friends idol pairing in the domestic entertainment industry, and that they couldn't stand each other at their first meeting as children?
At first:
Dan Ke, coldly: "You cry so much. Who would ever like you?"
Later, Dan Ke was eating his words, with only one question on his mind:
"Xie Luoqiu, when are we going to start dating?"
-
Growing up together, never a thought of separation.

An idol's growing-up story, seen through a fan's eyes:
"In 2022, I found a little Jiu on my screen. He looked timid and afraid of crowds, and never appeared on camera. On the rare occasions he did, he would be sitting in a corner with his knees hugged to his chest. The night I saw him, it was his first time appearing on a livestream. The practice room was already empty. Only one light was left on in the middle, and the rest of the room was dim. He left the corner where he usually sat, took a few soft steps as if ringing a doorbell, and stopped in front of the camera. Then he bent down. His face was so beautiful that no one could ever refuse him. I stopped breathing for a moment. He touched the lens and wiped off the paint another child had splattered on it."
"Who could have known? From the very first second he appeared in my life, he was gently brushing the dust off my face."
"Little Jiu was born to heal me."

In an era when idol culture is thriving, the boy band Xuyu went from being unknown and overlooked to selling out venues and becoming hugely popular. They did it by refusing to be controlled by capital, making talent their priority, and holding fast to their beliefs as idols. That was how they stood out in a market full of formulaic, cookie-cutter idol groups.
Xuyu's ambition to become the world's top-tier star boy band was never empty talk. Every member had an unshakable belief in that goal.
"The boy band Xuyu is going global, and never stopping."
"The best boy band, Xuyu."
The group's fans admitted that the name was awkward and random, but "they couldn't think of anything better."
So, they said, it was only natural that their fan chant was terrible too.

The two leads are rappers: a cool, beautiful shou who is sharp-tongued, holds grudges, and seems sweet but is secretly devious x a tsundere, outwardly stern, inwardly fussy, love-struck gong
Vocalist: A laid-back guy who was obsessed with becoming a monk as a child until his mother dumped him in the entertainment industry, where he can't wait to dye his hair every color; also a chuunibyou obsessed with role-playing and cross-dressing
Main dancer: A self-disciplined guy obsessed with getting into Peking or Tsinghua University, always doing advanced math problems, while his fans keep talking about taking his shirt off
4. The blurb is a little long (embarrassed). Thanks for reading, babies! Mwah (shoulder rub)
Theme: Always keep your imagination and hope for the other side of life
