Saving a Beautiful God

The day Shen Chi appeared, a red lunar eclipse unseen in a century filled the sky. The tremendous energy fluctuations immediately alerted the National Special Security Bureau.

Soon afterward, mysterious and exceptionally difficult incidents began occurring one after another across the country.

The person ordered to investigate Shen Chi was Huan Yan, head of the Bureau's Intelligence Department.

Huan Yan had long been haunted by the same dream.

The person in his dreams was clearly one and the same, yet somehow gave him entirely different impressions.

One was cool and sharp, like the pale moonlight; the other was bewitching and dazzling, like a poisonous red spider lily.

Then he opened that door and saw the face that kept appearing in his dreams.

Shen Chi was an impossibly beautiful man. He seemed languid and carefree, but was actually mysterious and dangerous.

He had once been a lofty god: composed, aloof from worldly concerns, revered by the gods, and adored by countless admirers.

Until one day, without the slightest warning, he did something that scared all the gods stiff.

Then Heaven banished him and subjected him to a harsh punishment.

He had no regrets, felt no remorse, and refused to admit guilt.

One god watched, feeling sorry for Shen Chi while secretly rejoicing:

His rival had just handed him a golden opportunity! He could take advantage of the chaos and make his move! Go for it!

This big-tailed wolf declared: He would save Shen Chi and win his heart! He'd go after both goals with everything he had!

Shen Chi was furious. "Who asked you to meddle? One day, I'll make you kneel and repent for everything you've done!"

The Lord of the Underworld: "Kneel? Sure, sure! [Takes out a ring]"

A heartless, wickedly charming beauty as the bottom, Shen Chi X a loyal, scheming, domineering Lord of the Underworld as the top, Huan Yan
