After Holding a Memorial for Geto Suguru

Recently, Gojo Satoru discovered that his best friend had a secret.

Every night, he had to be home before ten. If he was late, he grew restless and anxious.

When Gojo asked about it "out of concern," his friend just said he needed to rest.

So one day, Gojo went to see him, only to hear a young woman's voice coming from his room.

Gojo Satoru: ?!

.

Wen Jinyu had been Geto Suguru's lover for years, but on Christmas Day, she received the news that he had died.

Heartbroken, she still managed to hold a funeral and memorial service with help from her friends.

But her longing for her lover didn't fade. Every night, all she could do was write in the notebook he had given her.

What she never noticed was that her diary was being broadcast at Tokyo Jujutsu High.

"Today, Gojo Satoru, one of Suguru's friends, came to see me. There was a complicated look in his eyes. I asked him what happened, and he told me, 'Suguru is dead'... I don't believe it's true."

"Today is the fourth day since Suguru died. As hard as it was to let him go, we held his funeral."

"..."

"Today is the 188th day since you died. I also found out from Gojo Satoru why you died. When he told me he had killed you with his own hands, I didn't know how to feel. Your friend killed my lover. Suguru, tell me, how am I supposed to face him?"

"..."

"Day 365. It suddenly hit me that you've been gone for a year. And yet I still feel as if you're here. My friends tell me to move on, but after all those years together, how could I possibly forget you so easily?"

Every night, the people at Jujutsu High heard the broadcast. They couldn't help turning to Geto Suguru and saying, "Suguru-senpai, she really loves you!"

Geto Suguru: What am I supposed to say? I don't even know her!

This went on until three years later:

"Day 1095. It's been three years since you left me. Yesterday, Gojo called to say he had something to tell me tomorrow. I wonder what it is. Why does he have to tell me in person?"

"Day 1200. Gojo asked me what I thought about what happened last time. I *@$?^#"

Wait?! Everyone still listening to the broadcast suddenly felt that something was a little off!

Reading notes:

1. Multiple perspectives, with student-days chapters, adult chapters, and chapters where the student and adult versions meet.

2. In the adult chapters, Suguru's death is a warning, and he will not be resurrected.

3. The final pairing is Gojo.
