Yang Na: You Were Born Before I Was

You were born before I was born, and I was born when you were already old. You resent that I came too late; I resent that you came too soon. You were born before I was born, and I was born when you were already old. I wish we'd been born at the same time, so I could be with you every day. I was born before you were born, and you were born when I was already old. I am far away from you, and you are across the sea from me. I was born before you were born, and you were born when I was already old. I'll turn into a butterfly and seek the flowers, settling among the fragrant grass each night.
