Chuya Nakahara, the Wandering Singer

After the explosion in the Suribachi district, Nakahara Chuuya didn't meet the "Sheep" he was fated to encounter. Instead, a passing wandering singer picked him up.

Wandering singer: Oh my, what heartless person would leave such a cute kid here? I'm stealing him.

Nakahara Chuuya, just eight years old, newly conscious, and not yet able to speak fluently: Huh? Ah... ah.

Seven years later, Nakahara Chuuya, having inherited his adoptive father's calling, returned to the place where he was born to investigate the mystery of his origins, only to get caught up in one underground gang war after another.

Nakahara Chuuya, who only wanted to ask for directions: Why is there nobody around here who can talk like a normal person!

Low-level thugs A, B, C, and D: Boss, we've got trouble! A ruthless killer disguised as a wandering singer has come to Yokohama!

After casually beating up a few organizations that bothered him while he was working, Nakahara Chuuya noticed that the streets emptied out whenever he went outside.

Nakahara Chuuya, just taking out his guitar and getting ready to sing: How am I supposed to make money if there's nobody here? I'm almost out of living expenses!

Gang bosses: Fall back! Fall back! That ruthless killer is back with his weapon again! Again! Again!

Desperate for tomorrow's food money, Nakahara Chuuya reluctantly accepted an invitation to sing at a bar. On his first night at work, he met a certain suicidal maniac who asked the bartender to mix disinfectant with dish soap.

Nakahara Chuuya, experienced at dealing with all kinds of weirdos: I'm quitting right now! This drunk is definitely the type to threaten suicide because my singing is too loud! He's going to be a huge pain!

As he made his way through Yokohama, Nakahara Chuuya just couldn't understand why, when all he wanted was to look into his origins, so many people kept showing up to say they wanted him as their little brother, subordinate, employee, civil servant, boss, or puppy, and why he kept getting roped into saving the world.

Nakahara Chuuya, determined to wander the world: Get lost! I'm just an ordinary wandering singer!
