A Caged Bird

Historical ABO, with two Qianyuan (two Alphas). Female gong, male shou.

Gu Lanyin has never believed in the benevolence and morality preached by righteous people. She thinks they're nothing more than a way to disguise their hypocritical, self-serving facades. Yet a brash young man dares to denounce her so righteously in front of everyone.

He's a nobody, but the contempt in his eyes is impossible to ignore. And yet, seeing his stubborn expression, she can't help imagining that face turned obedient.

Very well, then. She'll tear everything from him with her own hands. Since you hate what you call "lowly" so much, come and taste the bitter fruit of this mire. Learn firsthand the "fate" you scorn so much.

Theme: Don't be deceived by appearances.
