Young Master Fan Is Pretending to Be Frail Again

After returning from studying abroad, Liao Mu joins one of the country's leading anthropology research institutes.

Although the institute receives generous government funding, it also needs sponsorship from outside companies. After all, the equipment and reagents are incredibly expensive.

As a promising newcomer, Liao Mu welcomes several wealthy business owners and explains the latest developments in the field, as well as what the institute can do.

One investor shows great interest in her team's project. Young, accomplished, and handsome, his name is Fan Linhua.

Rumor has it that he's an illegitimate son of the Fan family, yet through his own efforts he became the head of the Fan corporation. He also keeps an eye on the latest research developments.

During a moment alone together, Fan Linhua finally lets out the words he seems to have been holding back for a long time: "Sis, I've finally found you."

Liao Mu looks completely baffled. She has no idea when she could have met someone like him.

After thinking it over, she remembers that on a rainy night, she once took in a young man who looked like a badly injured puppy. But it's hard to connect that frail young man with the handsome man in front of her.

Liao Mu: "So it was you..."

For a while, everyone in town is talking about how Young Master Fan has fallen in love, and how he takes the beautiful woman everywhere with him.

Some people guess he's keeping a pretty canary.

But then someone catches Young Master Fan being pinned to a table and kissed by his "canary," and someone else sees the "canary" beat up the people who came looking for trouble with him.

That ruthless Young Master Fan even pretends to be weak, murmuring, "You're amazing, Sis."
