Shocking! The Strongest Sentinel Defected for Love

As an S-rank Sentinel from his very first evaluation, Gojo Satoru has never taken anyone seriously.

Until he goes to Jujutsu High and meets the newly presented S-rank Guide.

At first, he only wants to test the other's abilities. Unexpectedly, he catches a breathtaking scent.

He covers his nose, his face turning bright red. “Could you keep your pheromones to yourself?”

Their first meeting doesn't go well.

The Guide named Geto Suguru says coldly that he isn't releasing any pheromones at all.

Then why can Gojo smell them?

He remembers a teacher at the Tower saying that if a match is strong enough, you'll smell the other person's scent or see their spirit animal the first time you meet.

Gojo curses under his breath. What a load of nonsense.

An S-rank Sentinel has powerful mental abilities, and Gojo has always thought he doesn't need a Guide's mental soothing.

He hates being controlled by genes and matching compatibility into a blind pairing.

But why does he feel an urge to scoop up and pet the little fox spirit animal circling Geto Suguru?

Why does it hurt so much when he sees Geto giving someone else mental guidance?

But in the end, the only S-rank Guide in the world chooses to defect and takes the side opposing the Tower.

When Gojo finds him, all he gets is, “You don't understand.”

His canine teeth nearly bite through his lips as he restrains the urge to mark the person in front of him right then and there.

“Why not try to talk me into joining you? About defecting, I mean.”
