[My other novel, Madrid Lover, is now out. Next, I want to write Snow-Top Milk Tea. The blurb is after the love letter. If you like it, please add it to your collection. Thanks for your support!]
This has the second-chance romance tag. The leads will break up and get back together later on, so it isn't sweet from beginning to end. (The angsty parts are very short, though. The main focus is still on sweet romance, so read without worry.)
Inzaghi doesn't believe in love at first sight. The Italian man's womanizing nature is etched into his bones. But the melodies of Piacenza brought an Eastern moon into his life, and he met the one he would love for the rest of his life at a young age.
Cui Wangshu crossed oceans to a foreign land. After witnessing her mother's failed marriage, she stopped believing in love. But as she spent day after day keeping him company through a window, a one-of-a-kind rose quietly took root in the heart of a girl who had once cared only for dance.
One takes flight in the penalty area on the pitch, the other dances beneath the stage lights. The rose and the moon, a top striker and a prima ballerina, become better versions of themselves as they fall in love.
I'll write you a love letter,
And offer up the beautiful sights I saw after we parted,
But none of them can compare to you.
Opens February 12
CP: Filippo Inzaghi
The story begins in childhood and spans many years. They don't officially get together until later.
New upcoming novel: Snow-Top Milk Tea. An international romance, marriage before love. Please add it to your collection!
Older sunshine Thai sweetheart celebrity x younger cool, taciturn Hong Kong businessman
1. A top-tier star and national sweetheart of Thailand, she is the very picture of grace and gentility in the eyes of the public and the media. But even better known than Nan Yang's celebrity status is her aristocratic surname, Suphalak, which belongs to a top-tier family that's been prominent for a century.
As a daughter of a collateral branch whose parents died young, she was adopted by the main branch and steered into show business to serve as the family's polished public face. But beneath the mask, she is lively, cheerful, fond of laughing and acting cute, and always full of energy. She believes in enjoying life while she can.
A grand wedding, a business marriage arranged for mutual gain. Nan Yang thinks of it as simply getting a new dinner companion.
On their wedding night, she overhears her younger husband saying he has to return to Hong Kong City to handle an urgent matter. She gets a servant to set up a ladder against the wall, planning to climb out the window and go street racing with her best friend.
But just as she climbs onto the ladder, she's caught in the act.
Seeing the ladder wobble, Fu Xueqing frowns and leans out. As Nan Yang cries out in surprise, he lifts her down safely, taking care to keep her from hitting the window.
Looking at him, she thinks he doesn't seem as cold and unfeeling as the rumors claim. He's more like a steady, dependable mountain. Good. It looks like they can at least be respectful and considerate toward each other.
Until one day, she accidentally walks into the wrong room and sees Fu Xueqing sitting with his eyes lowered on the sofa. The entire room echoes with his birth mother's abuse of him during a media interview.
There's no anger or hurt, and not a single tear falls. But she can feel that mountain collapsing little by little in the silence, crumbling into pieces.
In that moment, Nan Yang forgets entirely the rule that business-marriage partners must never fall in love. She hurries over and covers Fu Xueqing's ears, a bright spring sun blooming at the corner of her lips.
"Should we try dating?"
2. Fu Xueqing is the youngest son of Hong Kong City's richest man, and the most qualified successor produced by the Fu family's elite upbringing. Taciturn, calm, and rational, he is as cold and desireless as snow and frost.
He drove away his birth mother and sent his brother to prison. The Hong Kong media call him the supreme cultivator of the ruthless path.
Perhaps his growing business made others jealous. An explosion and collision while inspecting the docks caused him to lose some of his memories. Ever since, a blind woman with a cloth over her eyes has appeared in his dreams.
Before he could investigate further, his grandfather sent him to Thailand to get married. His future wife was a proper young lady whose every smile seemed measured with a ruler.
Fu Xueqing picks up a file to cover the photograph of his arranged-marriage partner on the desk. His quiet eyes turn cold. It's just a performance. He only has to follow the script. If his unseen wife ever finds true love, he can let her go with grace, as long as the family's interests are protected.
But later, she says she wants to leave. All his restraint and promises turn to dust.
Fu Xueqing lies across her lap, his frantic eyes full of dependence. Once reserved and restrained, he now has red-rimmed eyes as he begs softly, "I want you to stay. I want you to love me."

"Apennine Love Letter" companion novel, the heroine Zhao Qin and the hero Gudi The copy is as follows: 1. Zhao Qin liked Raul the first time she saw him. But the person who falls in love first may not necessarily be the loser, but the one who takes the initiative is the most vulnerable to injury. Zhao Qin had planned everything, and she proposed the relationship first, so why not propose first, but an accident delayed her plan. After that, she became famous overnight and was booked into one film after another. And his career is booming, from golden boy to superstar. In 2001, she took the ring she bought that year with her and flew to Madrid to celebrate his birthday. However, just before the lights dimmed to propose, she heard Raul, who was sitting opposite her with red eyes, break up. "I can't bear it anymore, you are not by my side every moment I need you." She fled the sad place overnight, but she didn't know that there was a little tail following behind her. In Las Vegas, the city that never sleeps, she woke up and found Guti, who was also drunk and unconscious, and the marriage certificate on the bedside table next to her. Only then did she realize that the happy enemy with whom she usually bickered seemed to have fallen in love with her. But so what, love will change. 2. Guti liked Cui Wangshu the first time he saw her. But at the beginning, he lost, lost to time and countless opportunities to speak. In the Wishing Fountain in Madrid, he hoped that he could let go completely and the person he fell in love with would also like him. But God only showed half of his spirit. He let go of his first love, but the person he fell in love with again was his friend Raul's girlfriend, and he knew very well that she didn't love him either. When he learned that Raoul and Zhao Qin had broken up, the suppressed feelings in his heart made him violate his moral bottom line and follow his heart. After a crazy night, Guti woke up and found that the place around him had lost its temperature and was only a mess. Disappointed, he smelled the fragrance of orange blossoms lingering in the air. It was the one that Zhao Qin often used, and it was also the first gift Raoul gave her. Turning around, he saw Zhao Qin coming out of the bathroom, sitting on the hotel bar, pouring another glass of wine, and taking out a lighter. "Go for a divorce now while no one finds out, or be my secret lover." Zhao Qin stared at Gu Di, the look in his eyes was somewhat unclear due to the smoke, and his tone was sultry but extremely cold. "The choice is yours, Maria."
