Synopsis

(The worldbuilding and fantasy setting carry over from Seeking a Husband.)

Matchmaker No. 39 is a colleague of Matchmaker No. 2238, a legendary figure in the Matchmaker world, and the employee who gives the manager the biggest headache. If he didn't have a secure government job, No. 39 would probably have been fired eight hundred times by now.

Manager (shouting): I told you to tie their red thread together, so why did you make them break up?!

Matchmaker No. 39 (nonchalantly): What else was I supposed to do? That scumbag was two-timing them. You think I'd help him tie a red thread? He can dream.

Manager (shouting): Isn't that your job?! Help him grow up, understand his feelings, and turn back before it's too late. Teach him to cherish the happiness he has right in front of him!

Matchmaker No. 39: I'm not his mom.

Theme: Love life well.
