Upcoming derivative story: "The Captains Play Tennis in a Japanese Horror Game"
After years of hard work, Tezuka Kunimitsu, captain of Seigaku, finally maxed out his level and returned from the infinite-flow horror world to the right track in life.
Just as he was diligently training the team and whipping the first-years into shape in preparation for the Kanto Tournament, he and all the other captains were pulled back into the horror world during a captains' exchange meeting between schools.
BOSS: These new-generation little monsters aren't very cultured, and they're out of shape. They can't scare anyone like this, or complete their NPC missions. So, as the only person here who's cleared the game, I'm entrusting them to you!
Forced into the deal, Tezuka can only take the captains from all the schools through various games and teach the little monsters some basic knowledge!
Yukimura: We can build a school.
Aoi: We can also start a tennis club and teach them to play tennis!
Atobe: I suppose I can make the sacrifice and do this decidedly unglamorous task.
Shiraishi: Then let me teach them how to be funny~
(covers his mouth) (drags him away)
Kite: I don't see how this benefits me at all...
Tachibana: I've always taught those juniors in the tennis club, so this should be fine.
Minami: ...Am I not supposed to be here?
Mizuki: Hmm-hmm, I've got all the captains' weaknesses figured out. Looks like I'll be the winner this time...
All the captains: Shut up! You're the only manager here.
After the captains finally build a school, Tezuka can take it no longer. He grabs BOSS and points at the empty school, his face expressionless. "How are we supposed to teach them without any teachers?!"
BOSS fawningly pulls out a gacha machine. "Don't worry, don't worry. Just draw cards. Whoever you get, leave the rest to me. I'll go catch them for you."
Later, the captains find themselves facing a certain strongest baby assassin, a certain elementary school student who's also a shinigami, a certain irreverent Ginpachi-sensei, and a certain white-haired, blindfolded high schooler who have all been captured and brought there.
Later still, the captains, now stronger and masters of all kinds of tennis techniques forged in horror games, max out their levels once more and return to their own world.

Blurb:
Kiritani Hajime, a former delinquent, chose "Johnny's, where male idols are specially trained" over "EXPG, a dance school" when he was a child.
But after spending fifteen years as a junior at Johnny's, where debuting is exceptionally difficult, he died on the rehearsal stage on the eve of his debut in a stage accident.
Reborn, he resolutely chose the latter option. After enrolling at EXPG, he and his classmates started pushing themselves to the limit together.
A construction site has three treasures: a tan, muscles, and a chunky gold chain. A construction site has three virtues: great singing, great dancing, and handsome male bodhisattvas.
After graduating from EXPG, he was selected by LDH, a company fans jokingly call a "construction site," and made his debut without a hitch.
At a concert, Kiritani Hajime maintains the poise expected of an idol, smiling with restraint. Then he looks up and finds himself surrounded by teammates who are dancing and singing with abandon, their shirts nowhere to be seen...
Seeing the mischievous looks on their faces, he covers the microphone and quietly wraps his clothes tighter around himself.

This is the story of one overachiever leading a whole group of overachievers to the top.
LDH: Commonly called a construction site. Its performers are categorized as "artists," not an idol group.
LDH separates singing and dancing, with members divided into vocalists and performers.
