After a get-together, five drunk members of the police academy group squeezed into one room and fell asleep in a heap. When they woke up, they found a cherry-pink egg in the middle of the bed.
The five: ??!
Was this the result of someone getting drunk and making a mistake last night?!
They looked at the only person there who had a girlfriend.
Class Monitor: Even if I have a girlfriend, a grown man can't give birth...
Fair point. They slowly turned their gaze to the guy there most likely to flirt around.
Hagiwara: ...If the class monitor can't give birth, what makes you think I can? What kind of person do you think I am?!
Unable to find the culprit, the five had to take on the roles of both father and mother, taking turns being the egg's male mom and incubating it.
At last, there was a cracking sound, and out hatched a rebellious little bundle wearing a backwards baseball cap and a mix of police uniform and detective trench coat. It held a miniature police ID and slapped it onto the curly-haired tough guy's face.
The little bundle called itself the Sweetheart inside the Guardian Egg, but didn't know who its Guardian was.
Police Academy Group: So we can't find the real dad, is that it?!
Sakurai Kiyoshi had been a college student who'd quit gambling the day before. When he opened his eyes again, he'd become a Guardian Egg.
And since he'd transmigrated unexpectedly, he didn't even know whose heart he had come from.
He gave it a try and found that he could transform into a different look with each of the five.
Sakurai Kiyoshi: ...Maybe I should just pick whoever the little chick points at?
Whatever! I'm going to unlock everyone's hearts!

1. No romance in the main story, but there is a romance in the extras. The love interest is the Guardian Egg's true owner, with the protagonist in the receptive role.
2. The entire police academy group gets saved. A silly, everyday comedy about putting them through the wringer. The organization gets very little page time, so don't worry too much about plot logic. It's a sweet little treat.
3. The Sweetheart's look is probably inspired by The Powerpuff Girls (, and everyone's transformation outfit and catchphrase are different.
