This story is based on the game Call of Duty (COD). You don't need to have played the game to enjoy it.

The male lead is Ghost.

Story Blurb:

After an accident, you transmigrate to another world.

Love and peace struggle desperately to survive in this world of war and violence.

The good news is that you get to be a special forces soldier in this world.

The bad news is that you came from a peaceful world and have never received any formal military training.

Why has a slight, frail woman from the East with a mysterious file been assigned to Task Force 141?

Your direct superior, Ghost, fought off his migraine during yet another military training session. "If you mess up and screw around again today, I'll punish you myself."

Ghost: "Tell me you passed that damned shooting test."

You: "Actually, I failed this time."

Ghost: "Sh*t! What stunt did you pull this time?"

You: "It wasn't much... I just missed the target again while shooting."

"A rookie like you would be throwing your life away if you went to the battlefield." Ghost was utterly disappointed in you.

But then your never-say-die spirit suddenly flared to life, blazing fiercely.

Stumbling along, you finally passed Task Force 141's hellish test and became an official member.

After surviving countless difficult missions, you and Ghost finally became comrades who could watch each other's backs.

"How could Ghost not like you? Even a blind person can see how much he favors you!"

"Come on!" your teammates continued to tease. "You and Ghost lived together in a safe house for over a month! A man and a woman all alone, and nothing happened between you?"

Your protest sounded weak. "How can you underestimate Lieutenant Ghost?"

Really...

NOTHING! HAPPENED! AT! ALL!

This man was Simon "Ghost" Riley!

Story Blurb:

I was an information broker, but I was broke. After retiring from the business, I applied for a janitor job at the mercenary group Shadow Company, while making plans for retirement.

My boss, Philip Graves, was handsome and rich. He was the CEO of the company.

One day, I accidentally stumbled upon his secret, and became so uneasy that I was afraid he'd have me executed.

But he treated me, a janitor, very kindly, always acting like a proper boss should.

I gradually let down my guard and started thinking, "Working for him for the rest of my life might not be so bad."

One day, he offered me a high price to be his live-in personal housekeeper.

Seeing the money, I immediately said, "No problem."

I tested the waters, giving him four symbolic kisses on the cheek and easily pocketing two hundred thousand dollars.

"Use your hands on me... two hundred thousand."

"Use your mouth... five hundred thousand dollars."

Graves's demands got more and more outrageous, but he paid more and more, too.

Honestly, I realized ages ago that my boss had his eye on me. I just never expected him to love me this much...
