Pampered in His Arms

The first time Mo Jinyan saw Miss Sang, she was wearing a fiery red evening gown, clutching the latest Hermes handbag, and beating the stuffing out of a sleazy man.

His group of friends, who had witnessed the whole thing, remarked, "That woman hits way too hard!"

Young Master Mo smiled. "She's got a kick!"

Everyone caught on and chimed in, "She sure does. Hot and gorgeous. Even her back looks alluring when she's beating someone up."

Mo Jinyan went over to introduce himself, only to get an eye roll. Miss Sang held her delicate chin high, as proud as a beautiful peacock, and rejected him outright. "I'm taken. Not interested!"

The second time Mo Jinyan saw Miss Sang, it was on a night of torrential rain. Sang Qi stood outside her boyfriend's villa, watching helplessly as the gates closed. She was chilled to the bone, with nowhere to go, and fainted in despair.

Mo Jinyan took her home and raised her in luxury...

With Mo Jinyan backing her, Sang Qi went from a fallen heiress, cast out of high society, to reclaiming her place at the top of the social scene. It took her only two short years to regain her former dazzling, flamboyant, and willful self.

"I've seen you shine like a star in a crowd, and I couldn't bear to see you fall back into the dust..."

Bonus scene:

Paparazzi secretly photographed Sang Qi in her pajamas, alone in a room with her mysterious boss. She hurried to Mo Jinyan to explain the truth. "There was actually a third person in the room..."

Mo Jinyan, consumed by jealousy, pinned her against the sofa and gritted his teeth. "Do you remember what you promised me before you entered the entertainment industry?"

"No kissing scenes, no fake couples for publicity, and no dating rumors..."

A love that grows over time: A proud, fiery heroine and a powerful man who likes being bullied. The male lead is mildly possessive, extremely controlling, and very jealous.

Theme: Sincerity can move even the hardest heart.
