Reincarnated as Cannon Fodder in a Male-Oriented Power Fantasy

This is a rant. Really, really, I just want to rant, so please don't take it personally…

Mindless, over-the-top wish fulfillment. No personal attacks, and if you don't like it, unfollow!

Ever since the head honcho of the Transmigration Bureau came back from the Qing Dynasty, Su Shuang's life has gotten harder by the day. First, he complained that she dressed too androgynously, and didn't dress in the man-pleasing style that would make her marriage material. Then he complained that she was over twenty-five and still unmarried, bringing shame on her parents. Finally, he decided she was too independent and not wife-and-mother material, which was why nobody wanted her. So he seized on a minor mistake and sent her to gain experience in a male-oriented power fantasy, where she could also see what happened to women who failed to capture the male lead's heart.

So Su Shuang took her System and transmigrated into a cannon-fodder character in a male-oriented wish-fulfillment novel.

1. An unremarkable male lead marries into a wealthy family and becomes the husband of its rich, beautiful heiress. He uses his wife's family connections to rise through the ranks, then starts taking concubine after concubine once he's established himself...

Su Shuang is furious: If you want to live off a woman, at least take a look at your own face! A guy like this gets to marry a rich beauty, reach the peak of life, and build a harem? Where's my forty-meter blade? I'll castrate him first, then bring him a few concubines so he can enjoy a house full of children and grandchildren...

System: Calm down, calm down. Let's finish the wedding first. There's only the bow to each other left.

2. A proud young genius suddenly loses all his spiritual power and suffers the humiliation of being dumped by his fiancee. After enduring hardship and climbing back to the top, he humiliates her entire family in a major battle and kills the senior brother she loves.

Su Shuang: I'm a natural beauty lover, and I like handsome, refined, gentle, rich senior brothers. I never liked the male lead in the first place. Why should I care how powerful he gets? For the sake of my happy future with Senior Brother, I'll kill this guy while he's temporarily powerless and bring the whole story to an end.

System: Wait, wait. At least let Senior Brother make an appearance first...

3. A wealthy family's son-in-law is looked down on by his father-in-law's entire family. With a wave of his hand, all the limited-edition sports cars parked in neat rows along both sides of the street unlock in unison. A butler in a black suit approaches him and respectfully asks, "Young Master, shall we take you home?"

Before leaving after reclaiming his identity, the male lead humiliates his wife's entire family and takes along her half-sister, his illegitimate daughter. The story turns into a tale of how the sister-in-law was his one true love all along.

Su Shuang: What a scumbag! He knows his wife's family is being mocked for getting her a husband who lives off them, but even after they're married, he still hides his wealth, family background, and status from her. Then he starts flirting with her sister right under her nose. Why didn't he just get those two awful people together from the start? I refuse to marry a man who has no sincerity and lies through his teeth...

System: You already married him. Here's your marriage certificate.

4. A broke, sleazy country bachelor lucks into marrying the village beauty. But his mother thinks she's not virtuous enough, his father thinks she's not filial enough, and the bachelor himself thinks she's beneath him. During a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law quarrel, the village beauty loses the ability to have children. Since having no heir is the greatest of the three unfilial acts, the bachelor later meets a succession of beautiful young women with impressive status and ability: a fair-skinned city heiress, a highly educated woman who studied abroad, a beautiful and talented female CEO, and so on...

Su Shuang: Are all us women blind, or have all the men in the world died? I can't finish this mission. If you don't let me go back soon, you'll be picking up the body of a scumbag like this.

System: Calm down, calm down, you have to stay calm. Put the knife down first...

That's all I'll write for now. I'll add more when I think of it. Comments welcome. (Synopsis dated 2021.3.4)
