[Complete] [Click to expand for the reader's guide] Zhou Miao accidentally transmigrates to 221 BCE, the year Qin conquered the six states and Ying Zheng proclaimed himself First Emperor. Like any transmigrator worth his salt, he has a golden finger, called the [Myriad Worlds Infrastructure System]. But... [Recruit three thousand laborers to improve Xianyang's urban infrastructure. Deadline: three months. Failure will result in your execution.] Excuse me, you call this a beginner's mission from the start??? At a time when Qin has just conquered the six states, in the Qin capital of Xianyang, right under the nose of Qin Shi Huang, I'm supposed to recruit three thousand laborers?! And launch a massive urban construction project in Xianyang?! System, are you all right??? I hope you aren't. This System clearly wants me dead!!! Since I'm going to die either way, I choose to turn myself in to Qin Shi Huang! Qin Shi Huang: How can you prove you're from a later age? Zhou Miao: Um... should I recite Treatise on the Faults of Qin for Your Majesty? After listening to the recitation, the First Emperor's mind was blown! Qin Shi Huang: Why did you reveal that you're a transmigrator? Zhou Miao: Because I need Your Majesty's help. After discovering the opportunity presented by the System, the First Emperor decided that this was a project worth pursuing. This novel is also known as: After I Revealed I Was a Transmigrator, Qin Shi Huang's Mind Was Blown! Reader's guide: 1. This is a parallel universe, not official history. (I've done historical research, but there may still be mistakes. Corrections and understanding are appreciated.) 2. The protagonist is a naive, sweet, and pure-hearted character. (This may reasonably reduce the amount of scheming and focus on infrastructure. And if this offends you, I apologize in advance.) 3. For the sake of a smooth narrative, some logical arguments may be omitted, but the underlying logic has been thought through by the author. (Just enjoy the ride! Nitpicking will only tire you out.) 4. No romance in the main story. There is a female lead in the extras, arranged by the First Emperor himself. (The old father picked his son's wife, so you can rest assured!) 5. Reserved for additions... Thesis: Put the people first
