Empress Xu of the Great Ming

[The synopsis has been revised. I'm still writing about the original imperial couple's everyday life.] After transmigrating as Xu Da's second daughter, a founding hero of the Ming dynasty, Xu Rong figured there was only one thing she needed to worry about in the future. According to history, her future brother-in-law, Prince of Yan Zhu Di, would launch the Jingnan Campaign. All she had to do was stockpile grain and acquire plenty of land before the thirty-first year of Hongwu, then hide in the mountains and try to survive the chaos, without getting arrested by the Jianwen Emperor as a relative of a rebel. So from a young age, Xu Rong showed practical interests and hobbies. She preferred growing vegetables herself to gold and silver jewelry, mountain scenery to the bustling capital, and agricultural and medical books to poetry and song. Everything was ready. She only had to wait for her brother-in-law to rebel, take the women and children of the Xu family into hiding in the mountains, then make a grand return once the Yongle Emperor ascended the throne. But... her brother-in-law went off to compete for the job, and no one in the family could sit still. Synopsis dated December 2022 Theme: No matter how hard the road ahead, never turn back
