Ghost Story Investigator

Zhou Wenye received a letter from his parents.

He didn't even open it, just tossed it straight into the trash.

“My parents have been dead for ten years. What kind of prank is this?”

The next second, he woke up strapped to a bed in a psychiatric hospital.

There were his parents, dead for years, their eyes red from crying as they vowed to take Zhou Wenye home.

Zhou Wenye immediately broke into a cold sweat. He remembered that the back of the letter had three sentences written on it.

[You have one set of parents, and only one.]

[Humans have four black eyes.]

[Under the bed is __.]

Zhou Wenye's world began to seem not quite right.

He transmigrated into a world that looked the same, yet was completely different.

In the normal world, his gentle senior came to visit him at his bedside and used a little knife to peel an apple for him, fingers long and slender, with well-proportioned bones and flesh.

In the abnormal world, his senior used terrifying, deformed tentacles to crush every nonhuman creature that coveted him.

The gentle senior tilted his head, his long neck drooping to the floor. “Are you touched?”

Zhou Wenye: “Touched... I don't dare move...”

The world began going wrong because of a notebook.

Every bizarre and uncanny occurrence pointed to one mysterious point in time.

Zhou Wenye opened the notebook. “How come I can't understand a single word? QAQ”

It was fine,

That didn't stop him from becoming the world's greatest investigator of paranormal phenomena.
