I, a Pixel-Style Game Character (Infinite)

After transmigrating into a game that combined horror and casual gameplay, Chu Huai became a character controlled by the player. But a System bug turned her into a pixel sprite, and she was left alone in the lobby for selectable characters.

At last, one day, she was paired with a boy. Overwhelmed with gratitude, Chu Huai decided to work hard to clear the levels and repay her benefactor.

So she threw herself into solving puzzles, ventured alone into rooms full of ghosts to search for clues, and fearlessly outwitted monsters... The boy's face grew paler and paler until he finally shut down the game and logged off.

Chu Huai: ???

Wen Yu had finally managed to get a spot in the game's beta test. All he wanted was the freedom to design houses and clothes and play casual minigames. But when he entered the game, he discovered that his pixel character wouldn't obey him at all. It kept running into the horror levels next door and shoving all kinds of terrifying ghosts right in his face.

Wen Yu, the timid one who's afraid of blood: I'm so done...

With the principle that characters shouldn't run off and players shouldn't log off:

Chu Huai handles the horror levels and tries not to scare Wen Yu.

Wen Yu handles the daily-life features and keeps Chu Huai healthy and happy.

Planned levels:

Level One: Horror University (mystery and deduction)

Level Two: The Boxed-In Village (story-based puzzle solving)

Level Three: Animal Ranch (rules-based horror)

Level Four: Psychiatric Hospital (escape-room puzzles)

Level Five: Orphanage (infinite loop)

Theme: Face yourself and learn to be brave
