After the White Lotus Became a Ghost

*I'll set this one aside for now. The author's current writing skills aren't enough to support the worldbuilding I originally envisioned, and it's gotten too long. It needs a major overhaul. See you again if fate allows.

There are countless mountains in the world, and countless spirits dwell among them. Su Liu awoke in the vast emptiness. Knowing nothing of his past and asking nothing of the road ahead, he only wanted to lie flat and be a lazy fish.

He spent six hundred years as a lazy fish, then met Lian Sheng. He soared all the way to the Immortal Realm with cheat-like luck, but every immortal who saw him looked as if they'd seen a ghost. They all said he was dead.

Su Liu: Why am I still alive?

Lian Sheng: Because I don't want you to die.

He didn't want Su Liu to die, so he died in his place.

At the Jade Pool banquet a hundred years ago, those hands had steadied the pure lotus growing crookedly in the pond. From then on, the lotus's heart had taken root in love, becoming a tender affection knotted deep within him.

He had wandered alone in this world for far too long, never straying into love. Yet one person did not despise the bloodshed on his hands, and charged into the dazzling, scorching flames.

One-on-one, happy ending.

A martial god who has nearly seen through love, as the bottom, x a devoted, obsessive white lotus, as the top.

A few little notes:

1. There may be a few melodramatic parts.

2. This is my first time writing a story, and I'm still learning and improving. Please leave lots of comments (rolls around).

3. I swear I won't abandon it!

Theme: Love can move mountains and seas, and overcome every hardship
