Forbidden from Craving My Childhood Friend

My next book, Kneel and Love Me: a groveling pursuit after a breakup

[Bonus chapters are now up]

When he was a teenager, Xia Chengyou had a crush on his childhood friend. His friend was a born winner, but also a homophobe. So Xia Chengyou kept up the best-friends act on the surface while fantasizing about him every day in private. When he was close to letting his feelings show, he ran away.

*

Eight years later, they reunite. His childhood friend is now a successful CEO, cool-headed and self-possessed, and his gaze at Xia Chengyou is impossible to read.

Xia Chengyou still has the clean-cut air of a boy. Nervous standing in front of his childhood friend, he admits he's out of the closet and assures him guiltily, "I absolutely won't have any improper thoughts about a friend."

He made the promise, but he still wants him. He keeps fantasizing about his childhood friend as his husband, and once, when drunk, he let slip, "Hubby, me." When he woke up, he wanted to die.

*

Finally, one day, Xia Chengyou decides to let go of his obsession and leave his childhood friend again. After his plane lands in another city, he messages him: Huaiyu, I'm gone. We won't meet again.

But one day, he wakes to find his eyes covered with a tie and his hands bound with a belt. Some pervert wants to assault him! He struggles and shouts, "Help! Huaiyu, save me!"

Then an achingly familiar voice comes from beside the bed, chillingly ominous and making his scalp crawl: "Hm? Not calling me hubby anymore?"

A bottom who plays hard to get, flirts, then runs away X an abstinent, scheming top who can't get enough

* Opens with their reunion

* The bottom is secretly popular with everyone, though it's not too obvious

* The top is secretly a possessive lunatic, and once he snaps, he has no restraint

* Unrequited-love story

* New chapters every day at six. Random red-envelope giveaways in the comments ^o^

* Bonus alternate-universe story: "What if he confessed eight years ago?" It's insane, read with caution.

My next book, Difficult Boss

A naturally awful office worker and a deranged incubus

●

Lin Jiahao lands a job at the internet giant he's always dreamed of working for. There he meets the department head, Jin Xiao, whose looks are so perfect that it's no wonder he's the undisputed number one on the company's "must-eat" list.

His boss's sexual orientation is a mystery, and so is his love life. He's also elegant, aloof, sharp-tongued, and hard for most people to approach.

But Lin Jiahao manages to become a favorite at Jin Xiao's side. He sucks up to his boss to earn his favor and get more resources. He truly has no other intentions.

●

Later, his boss wants to sleep with him. He figures it can't be that bad. The guy is so handsome, and being slept with isn't a bad deal. He can treat it like a job.

Later still, his boss catches feelings and wants them to be together forever. Lin Jiahao admits he's straight and can't offer him a future.

He feels awful for being such a jerk to his boss, but it can't be helped. Someone as magnanimous as his boss surely won't hold it against an office drone like him.

●

One day, he goes with his colleagues to a team-building event at Jin Xiao's house and accidentally wanders into a secret room. Inside is a bedroom, but the bed is trapped in a cage, with long chains on the floor. The walls are covered with photos of him. A video of the two of them making a sex tape plays on the flatscreen TV.

Help!

He's messed with a lunatic!

●

Lin Jiahao used to love going to Jin Xiao's office to curry favor. Now he's terrified to enter.

"Lin Jiahao, come in."

"I... I think I'm a little low on kidney energy today."

● A rustic bottom who's a natural at sex and a born jerk X an elegant, aloof swan of a top who's a lunatic

● A powerful man going crazy for love \ natural jerk gets brutally punished by a lunatic \ erotica \ turning a straight man gay \ love and hate \ coercion \ workplace affair \ sex-for-power \ mistress rises to the top

● Both are sexually inexperienced, happy ending, older top, bittersweet

● The top doesn't truly imprison the bottom. The top has no morals.

● The bottom is naturally gifted and coasts through everything. The workplace plot is made up, so don't compare it with reality.
