The Strongest Landlord in the Jujutsu World

Miyashita Itsuo loves management simulation games, especially easygoing games that don't require any thought.

Until he downloaded a game called "I'm a Real Estate Agent in the Jujutsu World" from the Top Picks list. Like other games, this one starts with five properties. Make money, renovate, advertise, collect rent, and repeat.

But...

On his first playthrough, he discovered from the start that all five properties were haunted houses. No one would rent them, no matter how hard he advertised, and the game ended in failure.

On his second playthrough, he went to great lengths to sell the haunted houses, only to find that every other property he could buy was haunted too! Game over.

On his third playthrough, he learned from his mistakes, hired a master to chant prayers and put up talismans, but then a white-haired guy showed up to exorcise the ghosts and blew up all his properties in one go. Game over.

Miyashita Itsuo: I'm going to make a scene!!

On his fourth playthrough, he stopped relying on outside help and went straight to physically driving out the ghosts, turning his properties into normal houses. At last, the game continued.

Gojo Satoru comes to exorcise a cursed spirit and sees Miyashita Itsuo hacking at one: I've got a student.

Somehow, a school storyline opens up in a management simulation game, and Miyashita Itsuo gets invited to attend a school for exorcists. He suspects something is wrong with the game, but after putting in this much work, he can't bear to quit!

Then he unexpectedly discovers that the teacher who invited him to school is the white-haired guy who blew up his properties on the third playthrough!

Miyashita Itsuo: I'm holding a grudge. Glaring! Going to school isn't as profitable as making money!
