[New serial: Saving the World, Starting with Rebirth [Apocalypse]. Please add it to your reading list!]
[Blurb]
“Yes, it's me. I'm reporting a case again.”
“Of course it has nothing to do with me.”
“I am an upstanding university student in the modern age, with impeccable morals.”
“If you disagree... show me the evidence.”
Plot:
I got up early to study and found a woman's corpse in the restroom of the academic building.
By an odd coincidence, she was my friend's ex-boyfriend's ex-girlfriend before his last one, and his current girlfriend.
A fire broke out without warning at the N City psychiatric hospital. Five patients failed to escape and were left in their rooms forever.
When the fire scene had been cleared, six bodies were found inside.
On a stormy night, someone died in a mountain villa.
What a classic setup.
That's what I thought, until my companions told me:
The so-called dead people were all just my imagination.
Romance:
Zhou Qilan is arrogant, thinks in unconventional ways, loves courting death, and has few scruples. If she has any redeeming qualities, it's probably that she's very pretty.
Shen Yi is also baffled as to why she likes her so much, to the point that she can forgive any deception or exploitation.
It must be because she's pretty. What else could it be? That she's especially unafraid of dying?
A cold-hearted, reckless, death-courting student heroine x a high-EQ, all-around capable police hero with a mild case of lovesickness
1. Mystery and deduction, with episodic stories and an overarching plot.
2. The first arc is written in first person, then the story switches to third person.
3. The heroine has some questionable morals. She doesn't commit crimes, but this story does not endorse her behavior.
New serial: Saving the World, Starting with Rebirth [Apocalypse]
In her fourth year working at a special education school, blind teacher Luan Yi was mugged for the eleventh time in her life on her way home from work.
The frail, handsome young man trembled as he fumbled toward the sound and offered up his wallet. He had just begun to plead when he was interrupted.
“Stop being a teacher,” the girl said in a low voice.
“Come save the world with me!”
Luan Yi: “...Which class are you in?”
“I'm not a student. But I know you. I met you on the first day of the Apocalypse.”
With that, the other person took the small knife Luan Yi had hidden in his sleeve.
The knife he had used to kill three people with her in the alley.
#Someone just told me the world is about to end#
#She wants me to go save the world with her#
#Does she realize she's saying this to a blind man?#
After ten years of fighting to survive in the Apocalypse, Tu Ji died and was reborn.
Before she died, she thought she'd found the key to saving the world.
To test her theory, she needed greater power.
She couldn't do it alone. She needed a team.
That was fine. No one understood the strange phenomena in this world better than she did, and no one was better qualified to explain how to build a powerful team.
In her previous life, she had ranked first on the independent hunters' leaderboard.
This time, she would save the world.
As for the team, Tu Ji already knew whom she wanted.
First, she wanted the blind young man who died at the start of the Apocalypse.
All-around capable, energetic, powerful heroine x beautiful, unstable, and dangerous hero with a hidden side
A satisfying Apocalypse rebirth story about building a team
[Note: The hero's eyesight will be restored soon.]

Theme: Pursue the truth with everything you have
I read it in one go, and the character that impressed me the most was Ruan Tang. Before he committed suicide, he said that he never had a choice. This sentence is not an excuse for himself, but this sentence made me suddenly have some thoughts. The heroine is considered indifferent to emotions, but I actually feel that Ruan Tang Tang is also very emotionally indifferent. Before he was exposed, he had always been a good policeman and could be called a genius policeman. But I have a feeling that his being a good policeman has nothing to do with his life goals, responsibilities and missions. It is just because he is a policeman so far, and his life is framed by him. Set in rules, or promises, he promised not to betray the professor, so he simply gave up on his job prospects and colleagues. Although these things may not be very important to him, he actually really doesn't care. It doesn't matter whether he is alive or dead, as long as the future is bright. Whether it's a policeman or a wanted criminal, since he promised never to betray ten years ago, he has stopped allowing himself to have thoughts. I don't sympathize with him, and I don't understand him. I just feel that starting from the age of 17, his life was ruined, the kind of destruction that started from the level of self-awareness.
The pacing felt good and the characters were good, albeit slightly unrealistic. I feel like everyone's personality is too distinct. Realistic human nature may be more complicated.
Those two colleagues are so pitiful.
I wonder who will wash Ruan Tang again. This person is really disgusting. He doesn't have three views and yet he keeps a compassionate face every day, pretending to be uncomfortable.
The case writing is okay, but I feel like the emotional line is a bit lacking. Can you try writing just the case?
I want a side story, but I feel like I haven't figured out some of them yet, such as the villains.
I want a sequel, but I always feel like their story is not over yet.
Damn, will there be a side story? I feel like I can't get enough!!!
I hope there will be some five-star reviews, thank you~
So who is the target? Who else besides Yan Mu
