The Villainess Gives Legal Advice Online [The 1970s]

Acclaimed lawyer Jiang Muning died unexpectedly in the middle of a civil dispute case.

When she woke again, she'd become a female supporting character in a novel set in a bygone era: the wicked sister-in-law who bullies the heroine?

She went to the countryside in her brother's place as an educated youth. For three years, she didn't exchange a single letter with her family. When she finally returned home after passing the college entrance exam, a huge red wedding character nearly blinded her.

No one in the family even remembered she existed.

After the female supporting character turned evil, she caused trouble nonstop, but in the end, there wasn't even a relative to collect her belongings.

Jiang Muning felt sorry for her, but believed there was another way to live.

"Do you know the law? Do you know how much the public understands about it?"

"The law is built up from one generation to the next. It takes a lifetime of effort to improve the system."

"But educating the public about the law is like planting a flower in the hearts of the people. Every lawyer wants to do that."

When the college entrance exam was reinstated, Jiang Muning earned excellent grades and enrolled in a university of political science and law.

During her studies, she obtained her lawyer's license early and took on all kinds of criminal cases and civil disputes.

In the end, her undefeated record made her a leading lawyer, and she founded her own independent law firm.

But even the most accomplished lawyer eventually gets nagged about marriage.

Jiang Muning looked at her brother and sister-in-law beside her, then at her childhood friend, who was still single too.

She asked quietly, "Want to start dating?"

Her childhood friend kept a straight face and replied, "Sure."
