Wicked Female Lead, Taming Wolves Online

[This story is on indefinite hiatus. See the author's note on the latest chapter.]

[A vicious female side character who fights for everything x a wolf from the Heavenly Wolf Clan, fierce in appearance but loyal as a dog]

This is a lucky-charm story.

And Lin Jiu was born to be a vicious female side character.

The heroine has good luck? Steal her opportunities!

The heroine has lots of devoted admirers? Kill a few to blow off steam!

The heroine has lots of spirit pets but doesn't cherish them?

Pick up a set of wolf bones she threw away, refine them into a demon wolf, and secretly raise it!

But as she raised it, Lin Jiu ended up with its claws through her heart.

·

In his previous life, Shan Lang was forced into a contract.

They went down together in a blaze of glory. His body was destroyed and his soul vanished, and only one woman helped bury him.

Reborn, he set his heart on the benefactor who had buried him.

He brought her resources by day and warmed her nest at night.

But his benefactor was coldhearted, never warming to him.

Shan Lang swallowed his hurt and suffered in silence.

Until he reached maturity and took human form. Every night, he dreamed of his past life:

He hadn't died. He had become a demon wolf, and his benefactor had gone from cold and distant to coaxing and kissing him.

"Good wolfie, I love you most."

"Sleep with me tonight and warm my feet, okay?"

When he woke, Shan Lang promptly climbed into his benefactor's bed.

·

Lin Jiu finally lost her patience.

One night, she kicked the wolf-eared boy out of bed.

"How are you supposed to warm my feet without any fur?"

"Change back into your original form!"

Note: This is a cultivation progression story about raising a pet, fighting monsters, and undergoing trials. The heroine is strong-willed and refuses to back down. She really is a "vicious female side character," so read with caution if that's not your thing.

Another note: I've changed the original blurb and premise. I'm very sorry!

Theme: My fate is mine to control, not Heaven's!
