The Man the Interstellar Federation Could Never Have

In the year 20XX of the Astral Calendar, ten years after the eradication of the Zerg Queen, humanity has no enemies left in the universe and has reached the peak of its age.

Lu Wendong opens his eyes and finds himself in this era. The world is governed by the Interstellar Federation, whose machines, steel, and artificial intelligence control humanity's survival, while money and entertainment control its minds.

And aside from the thing in his mind that calls itself the System, he has nothing.

In the interstellar era, humanity is divided into six ranks, and it is difficult to rise from one class to another.

Unless one's mental power manifests.

System: Unfortunately, you have just fallen to the rank of a sixth-class citizen, also known as the lowest class. Fortunately, your mental power has successfully manifested. Detected level: SSS!

The System whispered temptingly: Would you like to report this, raise your citizen rank, and serve the Federation, so you can live a wealthy life above the masses?

Lu Wendong gazed at the slums before him and the neon-lit towers in the distance, then firmly refused: No.

Lu Wendong: I have only one goal: to find a way home.

Lu Wendong: The Federation is the biggest obstacle in my way home.

The System chuckled softly: Then I will do everything in my power to serve you until you achieve your wish.
