In the future, Si Jingyuan is the head of a tech company, while Zhuang Tianque is the most promising colonel in the Interstellar Peace Fleet, as well as its most unpeaceful member.

Si Jingyuan champions peace, using technology to protect humanity.

Zhuang Tianque believes in force: eliminate the unpeaceful, and peace will follow.

The technology Si Jingyuan develops to preserve peace becomes a weapon of mass destruction in Zhuang Tianque's hands.

One man frantically shows off the technology he developed to maintain peace. The other excitedly boasts about the technology he has turned into a weapon of annihilation.

One comes from a prestigious tech family, the foremost clan in cyber cultivation. Gentle and refined, he can both develop technology and cook like a professional chef.

The other is a lowborn commoner who made it this far by recklessly refusing to die. He's volatile, arrogant, and bullheaded, and he has repeatedly failed psychological evaluations for bipolar disorder.

But to suppress the tech aristocracy, Zhuang Tianque's evaluations were simply waived.

"Shouldn't he get treated?"

Si Jingyuan: "Don't treat him. Once he's cured, all that'll be left is violence."

Zhuang Tianque: "What a load of crap. Those evaluations are just tools for people to rake in money. I'm just bad-tempered and broke, that's all."

Chi Jingyuan: "He, too...? So it really wasn't a dream."
