The Widow's Farmhand

Respectable, beautiful widow vs. audacious, rough farmhand

Liang Qiuniang became a widow on her wedding day.

Her husband's family despised her for having an unlucky birth chart, while her own family feared she'd ruin her siblings' marriage prospects.

She became an unwanted burden, and was preparing to find a mountain temple where she could spend her days beside the Buddha.

But then, one day, the farmhand named Zhou Wu who worked for her family started showing up in front of her all the time.

He was tall and muscular, and he was always saying indecent things.

Somehow, he stirred the still waters of her heart.
