On a bright, sunny day, Yokohama's protectors were betrayed by the city they loved. In the blink of an eye, they were all dumped into a mental space.
The world's consciousness force-fed them information about the neighboring world 09941, hoping to introduce it to a group of pillars of the world who could destroy everything above and pick locks and break out of prison below.
It only meant to get these human-shaped disasters to stop causing trouble and learn from the friendly, mutually supportive world next door. But after a slip of the hand, it tuned into the wrong channel and connected them to world 07774.
So the people of Yokohama, whose conflicts had previously been limited to backstabbing one another, were introduced to a whole new scale of mayhem by the galactic wars in world 07774.
Wearing iron armor, [Osamu Dazai] charges into battle, covered in blood. (Iron Man)
Hailed as “the god among men,” [Atsushi Nakajima] is feared and mistrusted by the world. (Superman)
The experimental subject turned secret agent [Ango Sakaguchi] sacrifices his soul to win. (Black Widow)
Confronted with bizarre characters from the neighboring world who are so out of character that they can hardly relate, the people of Yokohama go from being horrified to accepting it all quite well. They even get righteously indignant along with the plot, which spirals so far out of control that even the world itself can't recognize it.
Only as the story's details gradually come to light do the people of Yokohama realize...
The people on the screen aren't their counterparts from a parallel world at all. They're children created in another world based on them.
And they even share blood ties.
The people of Yokohama, who have somehow ended up as the punchline themselves, wear expressions that say, “What the [beep]?”
Then they look at the iron-headed kids on the screen, each one going toe-to-toe with aliens.
The human-shaped disasters smile with nuclear-level kindness.
The world is wailing, the Earth is weeping, and humanity is no more than dust in the vast cosmos, liable to be blown away without a trace in the blink of an eye.
The shooting stars that sparkle are the only miracle pointing the way to hope. Humanity's will shall one day shine brighter and more beautifully than the stars.

[Where the heart yearns, the sword will follow]
*Notes:
1. The writing is at an elementary school level. Apologies for the out-of-character portrayals. In a harmonious society, we all do our part, and we must love our Party and country.
2. This is a self-indulgent crossover written for fans of both series. These are the sons and daughters of Bungo Stray Dogs characters with superhero personalities~
3. There are more characters than the ones listed above. They aren't biological children of the Bungo Stray Dogs cast, but rather vessels created by the world's consciousness. This will be explained later.
4. The early chapters are a watch-the-screen story; later, they transmigrate into the original work.
