I Claimed to Be a Widow, Then My Intended Came Back

As an Omega, Xie Yuanfei had reached the age at which people were expected to marry, but still didn’t have a partner.

Under the laws of the Star Kingdom, he was forced to register on the “The State Will Find You a Partner” app.

After spending ten hours browsing the Alpha section, Xie Yuanfei found the perfect marriage partner.

His prospective spouse seemed to have some sort of difficult medical condition and was recuperating abroad. Even on the day they registered their marriage, he sent an assistant to handle it for him.

Xie Yuanfei: What a perfect marriage partner!

After the wedding, Xie Yuanfei continued living a happy life on his own.

When people around him once again urged him to marry, Xie Yuanfei dabbed at the corner of his tearless eye. “I only just lost my husband. Wouldn’t that be in poor taste?”

Before long, everyone knew that poor little Omega Xie Yuanfei had lost his Alpha right after getting married.

To carry out a secret mission, Xu Li had no choice but to find someone on the app and register a marriage.

But before his mission was over, Xu Li heard that the Omega he’d married was going around telling everyone he was dead.

Xu Li: ...???

Xie Yuanfei was at the arcade, challenging someone to a match, when a strange man tapped him on the shoulder.

The man glared at him. “I heard you’ve been telling everyone that I’m dead.”

Xie Yuanfei snapped, “Who are you?”

The man replied, “Xu Li.”

Xie Yuanfei waved him away. “Don’t know you. Quit bothering me while I’m playing!”

Xu Li had no choice but to grit his teeth and add, “The Alpha you married!”

Xie Yuanfei whipped around, his face full of terror. “What the hell?! A zombie!”
