How to Conceal Your Secret Identity in Gotham

"As a Shazam Villain, I Must Be on the Magic Side"

After Shazam defeated her, Dolly thought she would be sealed away or something, then go to sleep with the demon she'd been forced to fuse with. She had considered that ending and thought it sounded pretty good.

But to her surprise, Shazam changed back to his original form. He looked about the same age as Dolly, said his name was Billy and that he was a newspaper boy, then invited her to come live in Fawcett City.

"I don't have to seal you away," he said. "I'd rather you learn to control this and enjoy your life. We, I mean, we'll all help you."

Dolly was deeply moved and decided to give it her best shot.

Dolly thought her life in Fawcett City was pretty good. The only surprise was that the "we" Billy had mentioned included Black Adam. Otherwise, things were great.

Fawcett City was Shazam's city, and she was Shazam's villain, so there was nothing wrong with living in Fawcett City. But one day, Billy and Dolly were adopted together, so they temporarily left Fawcett City. No matter, it was still Shazam's city. If anyone tried to take Shazam's place, Dolly would secretly team up with Black Adam and murder them.

...Help! Billy's Justice League communicator is ringing, but he's out shopping with his big brother Richard!! Billy, hurry back! Should she answer it?

Bat-kid fic. Don't ask. The answer is that an Alliance of Assassins reject was stolen.

P52 Billy is an angel, with a friendly Black Adam.

Everyday life, no romance. I want to write an ordinary slice-of-life story, plus the gag of Dolly and Billy working together to keep their Shazam secret identities under wraps.

Theme: Love and hope are indispensable.
