The Compatibility of Science and the West Sea

Orihara Rino gets her hair permed and dyed, and drives recklessly, but she's a good girl. She has a brother nicknamed the Taiko Meijin, and she's very proud of him. In fact, Rino has another brother and a sister, too. Her sister, Masumi, wants to become a detective, and Rino supports her. Ever since her eldest brother, Shuichi, went to America during his rebellious phase, she's rarely been in touch with him. Given the danger of his job, Rino has simply accepted it. She's wanted to punch her boyfriend, Chiaki, for ages. But back when she was still at West Hip, Chiaki was always behind glass, so she never got the chance. When she finally did, Rino herself was crying so hard she couldn't do it. But it doesn't matter. After crying over her eldest brother Shuichi's death in the line of duty and over Chiaki's car accident, she vowed never to cry over another man again, except for her twin, Hideyoshi. Big Brother Hideyoshi would never make her angry. "Wait... So you're saying the FBI ace who drove off with a kid and snatched my intel on Kir, keeping me from getting paid by the CIA, is your brother?" "An independent intel agent who works for whoever pays, without any allegiance? Honestly, I'd rather you pick Furuya-kun as your boyfriend." ...Still, it seemed her eldest brother had met Chiaki before. Rino calmly thought to herself. Romance, with the male lead already chosen: Kashima Chiaki, the counselor's partner at West Hip. The story starts after she's left the island, and ends after the third story.
