Mu Xia returned from abroad. She had imagined countless times what it would be like to see that person again, but never thought that her first meeting with him would be at a police station.
There are only a few decades in a life, yet Mu Xia and Shen Chu's love was separated by a whole ten years.
Ten years later, Mu Xia suddenly came back, now a doctor in cardiac surgery. The person she thought she would never cross paths with again had appeared before her once more.
Note: This story is entirely fictional. The author has no medical training, so some of the medical details may be inaccurate. Please don't scrutinize them too closely. Just enjoy what I've written.
